Have you ever thought about what you’re thinking?
Let’s look into something that can cause and increase our stress: Our mind!
Often Stress is not about actual incidents but what we think the situation/incidents will bring.
Everything you put your mind to, think about; you give your energy to and it grows. So please be careful with your thoughts.
I kindly am asking you to be aware of, and not to get stuck in destructive thoughts.
We all think, several thousand thoughts a day, why not spend your time to think about what will help you to a better living and feeling inside instead of those thoughts that will pull you down.
It’s so simple (and yet so hard) to do, the only thing you need is you self and some time alone.
Notice how you feel when you think supportive, positive thoughts and when you think about bad situations.
Think about a positive situation in your life! Memories of a really good moment; how does it feel? Please write it down both the situation and how it feels. .
Save all positive and good Memories, think about these often.
Write them down and read it as often as you can.
Practice to say YES to yourself and to your needs. Practice to say NO, to what you don’t want.
What is more loving than that? To both yourself and the people around you? You are being honest and it will be so much easier for people around you and yourself to know what you want and what you need.
Take the time to learn to love and accept yourself as you are!
One way to do this is to repeat the Affirmation below as often as you can, make sure it is at least 3 times every time you do this.
