That’s how I feel.I am happy.
Hallo dear Readers,
How does this work? How To Feel More Happy?
I will give you an idea. Please try it. It works for sure.
Let your Inner Child guide you:
The first thing you do in the morning is of great importance.
It influences your whole day.
It does not matter what happened while you were sleeping.
Now you are awake.
Go to the bathroom follow your daily regimen but add something.
Look into the mirror.
You see yourself.
It does not matter if you like what you see or not.
Just do this.
Now give yourself a big smile.
And the picture in the mirror smiles back.
Try to feel the positive energy. Let it find your inner child.
This little second being in the there (the inner child, the smiling one) brings happiness all day long.
And then do another simple thing.
Before you have a cup of coffee and before you have breakfast drink a mug of luke-warm ( not hot ) water with lemon or lime. This beverage will have a big result.
Let me tell you why:
It kick starts your digestive system. It gently stimulates your digestive tract and makes it easier for your body to absorb nutrients from the foods you eat during the day. As result you will experience less bloating discomfort, and gas.
It detoxes your body. Your liver is hard working filtering toxins out of your body. Lemon acts as a natural diuretic, which means it helps toxins leaving your body through urination.
Lemons are surprisingly alcalinic, and they can help to balance your body’s internal pH level.
Lemons prevent kidney stones, give a fresh breath and improves mood.
Please use a fresh lemon (not juices). Always buy organic lemons. If you cannot find any, make sure you wash them well or you can even soak them in apple cider vinegar solution for 10-15 minutes before using the peel to remove any dirt and chemicals. By the way, you can do this with every non organic fruits or vegetables.
And what to do with leftover lemon rinds?
Put a few in the back of your fridge or on the bottom of your kitchen trashcan.
It acts as a deodorizer.
Let your skin glow:
Use the lemon as a toner to brighten skin and prevent wrinkles. Slice the lemon and rub the face with it. Do this at least once a week. This removes dirt and dead skin. Your face will look healthier and younger.
For oily skin try this: moisten a cotton ball with lemon juice and gently wipe the oily areas before going to bed at night. Rinse the next day before sun exposure.
This is the perfect trick for softening elbows that are dry and scaly from winter weather. After juicing a lemon, take the two halves (with pulp intact) and sprinkle baking soda inside them. Stick the elbow inside lemon half, twisting and turning the lemon on your elbow to exfoliate and soften. Optionally, you can then set lemon halves on a tabletop and rest elbows in them for several minutes before rinsing and drying your newly softened elbows.
Let your gums be healthy:
If your gums bleed when brushing teeth, try this remedy. Wrap a lemon peel around your index finger ensuring that the white part of the peel is facing outwards. Rub the gums with the peel and repeat several days until you see results.
Know that the rind of the lemon is packed with many healthy nutrients. Some of these are helpful to let headaches disappear quickly. So, put a lemon peel on your forehead with the white part to the skin for a few minutes. Breath deeply and drink a glass of water. I myself was surprised when I found out that it works.
Lemon peel juice:
Wash 2 lemons. After you squeeze out the juice, chop the peel finely. Pour in 2-3dl warm water and let it rest for 12 hours. Drink two tablespoons of this juice every three hours, and before and after every meal (also 2 tbsp).
Once you finish the dose, make another one and repeat the procedure. This recipe is ideal for atherosclerosis, cholesterol and hypertension, due to its high vitamin P content. In combination with vitamin C, this vitamins cleanse blood vessels and strengthens blood stream.
These are only some good ideas to use lemon and lemon rind. It would fill a book to write them all down.
For today I like to thank you for reading this and say bye – bye with a smile in the face.
