Is Everything You Experience Your Own?
When many people think, feel or experience the same thing, it will affect a larger group. Scientific tests have shown that if about 10% of a larger group of people have the same feeling or the knowledge or experience, it will affected everyone in the larger group in exactly the same way. 100% receive the same knowledge or feeling.
100th monkey syndrome
Most have heard of this phenomenon, and it is usually called the 100th monkey syndrome – when enough people do the same thing, then it will be true for everyone. It is this collective impact we use to work together to raise human consciousness and thereby go through the shift in a soft and loving way.
Around our Earth is an energy field called the collective consciousness
There is also another kind of collective influence: Around our Earth is an energy field called the collective consciousness field. This field is largely driven by emotion.
Our job is usually to meditate as much love as possible in the collective field – To do this eg using the Love meditation.
Unfortunately there are not only love in this field.
It is from here that we are affected by collective emotions that are not always pleasant.
If many people on Earth are experiencing eg stress and anxiety will your experience of stress and anxiety increase.
All feelings are not your own!
Most people (who read these lines) are sensitive to energies in varying degrees.
When you are energy sensitive, then you easily perceive the collective feelings and that is why you need to be able to distinguish what is yours or not.
Is my reaction reasonable?
A good start is to question yourself when you go into an emotional reaction that you do not really recognize.
Ask the question within yourself: Is this reasonable? Is my reaction reasonable?
If the answer is no – then it is a collective impact that you have to let go.
Everyone who have their Bubble, activates it directly and the experience calms down quite quickly.
If you do not have your Bubble activated so choose consciously to removed the collective sense and consciously changing your thought into something positive. It helps quite well.
The most important thing is that you question your feelings sometimes, and know that there are collective emotions that may affect you.
